Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a customer of Legacy, you are entitled to a clear and fair return and refund process. This policy applies to both EU and non-EU customers, with differences noted below.


1. For Customers in the European Union (EU)

If you are a consumer located within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.

To qualify:

  • Notify us at legacyvintagewatches@gmail.com within 14 days.
  • Return the item in its original condition, at your own cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

2. For Customers Outside the European Union

Customers outside the EU do not have a legal right of withdrawal, but we offer limited refunds as a courtesy, under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged.
  • You must return the item at your expense, in original condition, with secure and tracked shipping.
  • If accepted, the refund will be processed minus any applicable restocking fee and shipping costs.

Important: Customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.


3. Refund Eligibility (All Customers)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Watches marked as “non-working” or sold as-is are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued for items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repair attempts.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 business days of delivery, including photos and a clear description of the issue.
  • We will review and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on stock and situation.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at legacyvintagewatches@gmail.com to initiate the return.
  2. Ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number.
  3. Include your order number and reason for return.

Returns should be sent to the address provided upon return approval.


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • We will notify you once the refund is initiated.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Watches that were modified (e.g., resized, polished, or serviced)
  • Items sold as part of a final sale or marked “non-returnable”
