These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store operated by:

These Terms are prepared in accordance with Polish and European Union law, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
2. DEFINITIONS
- Seller: Rafał Bujak operating under the business name “Legacy”.
- Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order through the online store.
- Consumer: A natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to business.
- Store: The online platform where the Seller offers products for sale.
- Terms: This Terms and Conditions document.
3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
- All products offered are original, authentic, and legally available for sale.
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store’s website.
- A contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
- The Seller reserves the right to cancel or verify orders suspected of being false or fraudulent.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other available methods listed at checkout.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received unless agreed otherwise.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Delivery is available to selected countries worldwide. Please refer to the shipping section of the website or contact us for availability to your location.
- Delivery costs and estimated times are provided during checkout.
- The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Customer receives the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller via email or postal mail.
- Returned goods must be unused and returned at the Consumer’s expense.
- The Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Legacy warrants that all watches are original as described, authentic, and in good, working order.
Due to the vintage nature of the products, we do not offer extended service warranties. Many of these watches are decades old and may require careful handling. Legacy Vintage Watches does not overhaul movements unless necessary or otherwise noted. Please inquire before purchase if you have specific technical concerns or would like additional service performed.
Complaints regarding transport damage, missing items, or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
All complaints must include order details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos). The Seller will respond within 14 business days.
8. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
- Customer data is processed in compliance with GDPR and the Polish Data Protection Act.
- Data is collected for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
- The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.
- Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for contract performance (e.g., shipping providers).
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms may be amended by the Seller at any time. Changes will be published on the Store’s website.
- For matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law shall apply.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in accordance with Polish law.
